OBMICA Bulletin September 2020

We present the latest edition of the OBMICA Bulletin, corresponding to September 2020. As always, the publication is available for online reading and PDF download.

We are pleased to inform our collaborators that starting with this issue we are resuming distribution of the printed OBMICA bulletin. Following a strict protocol, copies will once again reach civil society organizations and government and academic institutions in Santo Domingo.

EDITORIAL: The commemoration of Judgment 168-13 has been a moment for reflection every September since 2013.
