This video is of a conference talk by OBMICA director Bridget Wooding at the conference Hispaniola 2014 – justice, nationality and migration held in Oslo, Norway on September 18th and 19th, 2014. The main focus for the conference was on Dominican-Haitian relations in light of sentence 168-13 of the Dominican Constitutional Tribunal.
